01Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at https://bludot.in or engaging Blu Dot Digital Marketing ("we," "our," or "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site and services.

02Scope of Services

Blu Dot Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services, which may include Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Website Design. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be outlined in a separate, customized proposal or agreement.

03No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry best practices and data-driven strategies to maximize your return on investment, digital marketing relies on third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Because we do not control these algorithms or user behavior, we cannot legally or ethically guarantee specific results, such as exact lead volumes, exact cost-per-acquisition, or guaranteed #1 search engine rankings.

04Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our campaigns, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and passwords (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, website CMS).
• Provide necessary brand assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays on your end may result in delayed project timelines.
• Ensure that any content, images, or claims you provide to us do not infringe on the intellectual property or legal rights of others.

05Payment & Billing

• Fees for our services will be clearly stated in your custom proposal.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all monthly retainer fees are due in advance of the service month.
• We reserve the right to pause or suspend campaigns if invoices are significantly past due.
• Advertising spend (budget paid directly to Google, Facebook, etc.) is entirely separate from our management fees and must be billed directly to the client's credit card.

06Limitation of Liability

Blu Dot Digital Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for:

• Account suspensions or bans enforced by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads or Meta) due to platform policy changes or pre-existing client website issues.
• Drops in organic search traffic resulting from search engine algorithm updates.
• Website downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party plugins.

07Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of your invoice, you own the final deliverables (e.g., the website layout, custom ad graphics, finalized copy) created for your specific campaigns. We reserve the right to use non-confidential elements of the work for our own promotional portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

08Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the ongoing service agreement with a standard 30-day written notice, unless a different term is specified in your custom contract. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for work completed must be paid in full.

09Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
